Found in the basement. I don't enjoy clowns (sorry, childhood trauma), but a few years ago, these 2 stamps wouldn't have bothered me.

@cogdog Go for it! I have family story for clowns but none for VOA, although...a related agency in Uganda had a small lending library and my father talked the hind legs off the person working there. The next thing we knew (OK it took awhile) he was a foreign student at UNC Chapel Hill.
