Dealing with Sky is the worst. Initially rang them only to be told that there was a 40-minute wait to get through. Then the ask you what type of hold music you wanted.
At that point, I gave up and used their WhatsApp service. Slow... as all hell, and they didn't even do anything for me.
PITA.
Oh, I should say, it took an hour to chat to a human on WhatsApp.
@padraig that's cos they expect thier customer service reps to deal with 3 to 5 'chats' the same time.
@padraig I've been having issues with Eir over the last few months. They "lost" my online account which means I can't login to my dashboard to make payments or check on other account details, I have to phone them. Glad to see I'm not alone but it bloody annoying!
