I had a subscription with Spotify previously, but cancelled it after they platformed Joe Rogan. I tried out Deezer, and was happy enough to eventually take out a subscription with them - a selling point was also that it's a French company afaik (important to me for GDPR/EU law reasons).

- agree too about Joe Rogan and GDPR, America has really jumped the shark on a lot of things!!!
@rainercade Tried Deezer with a Duo plan, using it with my wife for a couple months over the summer.
It wasn't bad, though the mixes and shuffle feature just didn't feel as good as Spotify's.
It was bugging my wife a bit much, so we moved back sadly.
I did like the idea that Deezer has a higher payout for it's artists though.
@vaderhoff got the month trial, so I'll move playlists over later and let's give it a shot, I also like the idea of higher bit rate music! Have a family plan so thats a lot of people to convince 
@rainercade Yes! I forgot about the higher bitrate music too! I do actually miss that.

Deezer has a decent migration tool that even recreates playlists. It may miss a few songs however, which also stressed out the wife. So best be wary of that!
