@davey_cakes I mean, fine, I am not who they want for whatever reason - they are entitled. But news talking about how women engineers are in demand while looking for work and seeing the same job still advertised months after interviewing is.... disheartening.
@Antiqueight @davey_cakes May be worth contacting them? Could have been simple admin error that you heard nothing (IT issues, HR forgot to send an email, someone forgot to push a button). May be that don’t contact unsuccessful application, but it may also be that your job offer is stuck in someone’s outbox and they’re confused why you didn’t accept. 
@shivers @davey_cakes no, they eventually turned me down for an interview for something else on the grounds they had already interviewed me, they don't want me.
