When you have a range rover or a BMW the rules don't apply and you can park right in the middle of the footpath that also have to use because the road is so narrow there.

@conkennedy that spot seems to be the location of choice for people who don't want to spend a euro on parking.

@siobhanmcelduff the other side, where there is designated parking, drivers will still often park partially on the footpath🤦‍♂️
