Amazing Ireland still has no progress on #ElectricScooter laws. To be honest, my stance hasn’t changed much. Private ownership is good but rental schemes need to be carefully managed. Paris showing how much damage can be done and they have a lot more space than us. #tech #ireland

@martinmeany I'd honestly not be surprised if this government fails to legislate on this issue
@SimonB @martinmeany i thought the govt is legislating on them, changing them from illegal to use escooters, of any type, to legal to use under certain conditions
@ColmDonoghue @martinmeany much like Christmas the legislation is coming unlike Christmas we've no eta for the legislation. Been talked about for about 7 year now
