#nitrosurge update: the coldness of the Guinness is not optional. from studies conducted so far - by me, in the kitchen - I have discovered that the nitrosurge only works right when the can has been cold for at least 24 hours. Creamy and loverly. If the can is NOT COLD you end up with something scooped from a wooden barrel at a wake in 1878 (I still drank it).
