@claireissimo No, we have to leave buffer strips next to a watercourse, so rather than grow weeds we put in a summer cover crop, Cloneygarth isn't too far from us, I hear it's worth a look

@joloughlin oh really? I LOVE yellowhammers! We've let things go fairly wild in our garden, & we've more butterflies this year than I've ever seen. It's working!!
