That's odd, the heading in the preview says 35 euro per week but headline when clicking through says 150 euro (presumably for full month). More or less the same thing, but a different emphasis.
I suppose the problem is that if you only give up the car for 1 month you still have all the fixed costs of owning a car, so only really save on fuel. It seems a slightly odd way to promote reduced car use as it tends to make the savings seem not that impressive.
