The former Bellahouston Academy on Paisley Road West in Glasgow. Designed by Robert Baldie in 1875, it was originally a private school. However, it was taken over by the Govan School Board in 1885, and became one of the first schools in Scotland to have its own swimming pool installed. Due to an increase in the number of pupils, in 1962, it was replaced by a new school, but remained in use as an annexe for some years afterwards.
