When I started with #OpenBadges back in 2011, small awarding bodies issuing digital credentials for informal and non-formal was absolutely what I had in mind.

Given budgets, awareness, and the pace of change in the sector, we're only just getting there. But exciting times, especially given the power of the #VerifiableCredentials data model
