While in the Dutch "Donald Duck" magazine's comics all affirmative sentences usually end with an exclamation mark, Lex is unusual in how he uses a full stop instead, which has made some fans theorize that it is meant to reflect that Lex is portrayed as a character on the autistic spectrum.

The Dutch "Donald Duck" comics magazine ran a contest for new regular characters to be introduced as Donald's neighbors. The winner was a 9 year old who created a dark-well... -feathered duck mom (with dreadlocks, modeled on her own mom) and son.

So, I told myself I wouldn't pad out my games completed this year with SNES and #SegaGenesis titles... But here I am.

Y'know what game I absolutely love from my childhood?

Quack Shot starring Donald Duck.

Heck, #Disney was doing a great job with games in the 8-bit and 16-bit era, in my opinion. Sure, plenty of duffs, but also, so many great games. Like Quack Shot!

Quack Shot is an adventure platformer where Donald does his best Indiana Jones, going on a globetrotting adventure to find a lost treasure. Armed with a plunger gun, it is a great little game, though it does come with a couple of moments of cheap deaths, but infinite continues as far as I can tell.

This is a game that really needs another look at, like Duck Tales Remastered.

If you haven't played this and enjoy some 2D Disney platforming, this is my personal contender for best Disney game in that console generation. I'll happily accept challengers to that.
