Can't think of a good reason not to sell the Sybex CYSA+ study text I used to prep for the exam. If I recertify, there will almost certainly be a new version of the test out.

I'm not sure what I'll do with the PenTest+ study guide I bought. At one point, I thought it might boost my employability, but I haven't seen any employers looking for it. It's a lot of work for something that probably won't pay off. #ITCertifications

whelp, I got laid off. I get paid for the rest of the month, so that's cool. 7 years of IT experience will look good on my resume, but idk what type of certification I should go for while I'm looking for a new job. I'm considering Microsoft Azure, or something in NetSec. currently I'm familiar with Riverbed and a little bit of Cisco (basic layer 1 TS stuff required for network tech in a NOC), Fortinet and Palo Alto, but I don't have any real certs. #netsec #IT #unemployed #ITCertifications
