The families have substantiated those assertions to Mother Jones, including—in many cases—by providing ofcl docs attesting to their relatives’ lack of criminal histories in #Venezuela. Such evidence might have persuaded US judges the men were not part of any criminal org had the admin not deliberately deprived them of #DueProcess.
Reyes Mota is among the hundreds of #Venezuelans that the #Trump admin deported earlier this month through the use of extraordinary wartime powers based on a 1798 #law [#AlienEnemiesAct]. The admin sent them to #CECOT in #ElSalvador, claiming they are members of the notorious Venezuelan gang #TdA. But the 24-yr-old father does NOT have a criminal record in Venezuela. His #immigration detention records are riddled w/mistakes, raising questions about how reliable they are.

Judge says the problem isn’t with the proclamation but the implementation. If #Trump intends to deport only members of #TdA, the fact that nonmembers are being deported doesn’t align with his proclamation. The Temporary Restraining Order #TRO issued by Judge #Boasberg allows the admin to detain but prohibits removal to another country until the detainees have been given an opportunity to argue that they were not TdA members & therefore were not subject to the #AlienEnemiesAct.

He was deemed a member of the gang #TdA because he has tattoos & is Venezuelan.

Ma MG TND lui trouve un créneau pour marse 2025 (un exploit), la pedopsycholugue recommandée a le temps de lui faire un bilan #TDA et passer le TEACH avant ses 13 ans.
On a sa restitution vendredi et hier on a vu la MG TND.

Aujourd'hui nous tentons quelque chose de nouveau avec Q12ans que je suspecte #TDA (parcours diag en cours) : il adore lire les mangas, il adore dessiner, il déteste lire des livres "sans image".
Donc il est autorisé (voire encouragé) à dessiner dans les marges de son exemplaire de Charlie et le Grand Ascenseur de verre de Ronald Dahl.
Il est ravi
