Funny how music changes the way you run. Nearly the same route as yesterday, had to cut a wee bit shorter, because of loose dogs. But I ran it slower, though I felt I ran faster and had fewer walking bits. I guess playing air drums and bass guitar on the dog lead, which is impossible not to when this album is playing, do get your heart rate up but slows you down ;)
