Proper moderating is not possible on #tooBigToFail instances, they will always at the same time overblock and undermoderate because consideration and discussion takes time. These instances can‘t develop a coherent, self-moderating culture which is the only way to scale moderating.
Let‘s see when #AI is suggested as a solution.
