The Deadman Falls, mid-August, 2020, so the flow is less than it might be at other times of the year, but is still impressive as it cascades down approximately 150–200 feet (best guess) into the pool at the head of the canyon. The upper rim surrounding this end of the canyon was burned to the ground the next summer during the Spark Lake wildfire that consumed nearly 900 square kilometres.

Deadman Falls. The small river crests the rim near the top left of the picture with a single cascade drops to the pool below (more or less bottom, centre of the picture), surrounded by a high rock wall canyon. The bright afternoon light hits the falls and the left canyon rim, the rest of the canyon and the pool below are quite dark, but you can see where the water plunges into the pool.
