Hey other #whitepeople, figure out where you are on this chart and do the work to grind and level up. Things are largely terrible because most of us are comfortable hanging out in the middle and letting the asshats at the top get away with things if they don't directly affect us in a negative way. But it also keeps good stuff from happening for everyone.

And it's also the right thing to do. Everyone deserves to move through society without a bunch of BS. Everyone deserves to thrive and it largely doesn't cost you much if anything.
