I guess I could do the same with reading. He replied, “Yeah, I’m going to subscribe to her group and then find reasons not to go, but I won’t cancel. I tried creatine blend tablets earlier this year, but it was only 3.5g &amp; no loading phase. </p><p>This time i have micronized powder, &amp; I'm loading with 15-20g/day for about 1.5 months, then maintenance at 5g/day. Took a week off the gym and came back today with a light workout and I'm feeling pretty good, despite a night interrupted by nightmares and vivid dreams. I can't remember what scared me, but I remember I had to turn the lights on for a while, which obviously didn't help me fall back to sleep quickly. I have insomnia and can’t sleep, so I decided to head to the gym for a work out.

I am working out at the gym and listening to Warhammer 40K. I am listening to an audiobook from The Black Library. I am currently listening to/reading a Horus Heresy novel, Descent of Angels: Book 6.
