I see The Irish Times are running ads for the Irish Nazi Party on their app. Probably part of some third party advertising buy and targeting me because of my ‘interests’. Still very fucking annoying.

Seriously, the Irish Times today is almost unrecognisable from the often-progressive, intelligent, useful paper I used to read daily in the early noughties. Then they began uncritically cheerleading the property madness, had the daft.ie debacle and I guess online media finished them off.
It still has the external form of its old self but inside, there's scarcely any of its former spirit.
