I am an #academic, #psychologist, & university professor in #Galway, #Ireland. I focus on #science in #psychology & its implications for #society, #politics & #culture.

Much of my research relates to #stress, #health & #disability. I've written a lot on #mecfs. I was once described (on Twitter) as a "far-left antifa terrorist" after I wrote about the psychology of racism.

I've written books on #history of psych, #replication, #pseudoscience & #Brexit.
