@amcq I've had really good experiences running #debian and #guix on #x220; #debian, #ubuntu and #arch on #x250 and #t480

#x220 is practically a relic at this point, but still very usable

My daily driver is the #t480, which is eminently user upgradable (likely the last such #thinkpad). I even maxed it out with 64GB of aftermarket RAM

@kriyative I am keeping an eye on eBay for something cheap and cheerful. My daily machine is a M1 MacBook Air. But I would really like a modernish, fast dual boot windows/linux machine as well and the Thinkpad seems the most natural fit. Being able to fit 64gb or ram would be nice
