The box of KRONO energy gels arrived and I tried one yesterday.

The pouch is smaller than the Gu which is a good thing, I can carry more during a run or ride. I had the Lemon one which contains some caffeine (about as much as an espresso) and the flavour is great, also gave me a kick. I did 20’ of indoor rowing and 1h30 of ballet - energy!

Together I got some electrolyte tablets that I haven’t tried yet. I love drinking electrolytes during exercise because I sweat a lot, and that makes me last longer. Especially with warmer days around the corner.

So that’s it - positive experience and will be using the KRONO from now on - KANADIAN produkt, perfekt to boykott the US and support lokal.

Tried KOBO for audio books today, which is Canadian and honestly it's quite good!

Definitely a worthwhile alternative to Play Books or Audible.

The "Buy Canada" sentiment appears to be hitting the investment world! Bloomberg reporting the largest inflows into Canadian equity ETFs since May 2021 (C$2.5B last week!). This shift seems driven by a desire to focus on our own market's stability amidst US policy jitters and the incredible "Buy Canada" movement.

In the past decade, I had on 4-5 separate occasions come across a problem with a Google owned app and submitted a bug report that was never responded to or fixed.
