@metaphase @credistick @booksthatgoboom I'd argue Walkaway is #Solarpunk in the first half and #postcyberpunk in the second. Why post-? Because it wants to sketch a fight which is possible to win and a major societal shift, which is impossible within #cyberpunk itself.

@ginevra @dhoe @gus @SolarpunkPrompts I know the Netrunner world and I agree with you, but I think that the narrative is a little more insidious. Cyberpunk paints a world where those little groups cannot win with corporations, cannot create a lasting change and are locked in an eternal "rebellion". If there is a community living against the corporate rules, it needs to be quashed.
Can you imagine a #cyberpunk story in which the communities win and create a better world? That'd be #postcyberpunk
