A random focus stack i did yesterday, i've only done a few focus stacks (mostly astro focus stacks of Comet Atlas) so i need to practice to make sure i know all the steps before my next workshop...

there were 11 photos in this stack, and i think it still has issues, but sooner or later i've got to figure out how to photograph rocks since i have a huge collection

Is it just me, or do these color tones remind you of the planet Jupiter?

My rock tables feel neglected. I may need to sell my uncut rocks because my husband did the sawing while I do the cabbing & tumbling but... his health hasn't allowed him to do any sawing in a long time.
