Seen on Cambridge Place in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn (New York City)... a zebra... on a home. I will hold off on asking about asking about the disco ball until we get to the bottom of the zebra situation. I took this photo with the GrapheneOS camera app on my Google Pixel 6a on March 27, 2025.

I finally have some animal print footwear! I never find stuff like this in my size so you can imagine how happy I am about having these now.

Menswear is so often so dull and uninspiring, stuff like this is a rare treat, especially in a bricks-and-mortar shop.

I'm tagging @Drub and @elfkin because I reckon they'll get a kick out of these.

Me, wearing a pair of dress shoes that are black leather with fake zebra hide inserts. You can just see my black and rainbow striped socks peeking between the shoes and my black jeans. I'm stood on a dark red carpet, but you can only see my shoes and the bottom bit of my legs.

I asked Child B if they thought zebras were white with black stripes, or the other way around.

After careful consideration, they decided that the front half of a #zebra is white with black stripes, and the back half is black with white stripes. And if you look very carefully you can see where the halves meet.

Glad that's cleared up.
