Is it okay to have favorite birds?
Or do I have to enjoy all the birds equally?
I always like seeing the red-bellied woodpecker, I must admit.
The Orange #Birds are on their way north. They were only passing through my neighborhood. This one thinks I can't see him. No one tell him.

I just liked how the yellow brow of this white throated sparrow stood out from this angle.
We really could not miss this American gold finch. The bare tree, blue sky and sun behind us, just really lit this little guy up.
Lots of tree swallows at Sam Smith. So much bird food flying around (gnats).
Hab in den #Niederlanden viele schöne #Vögel gesehen und auch ein paar fotografiert.
Der allererste auf meiner Speicherkarte ist dieser Nordsee-Bewohner, perfekt getarnt in seiner Umgebung.
A Muntjac on the edge of the reedbeds at Marston Vale this afternoon
Not a great photo, light to harsh and subject to far away, but it's my first photo of an elusive Water Rail, so I decided to share it with you all the same.
