I am watching the #MotoGP coverage. I think Roo is feeling a bit better today. She was sitting on the window catch, but when her feet got cold she came to me to warm up again. It's a lot like having a hamster exploring you. #budgies

Roo is happy enough, though slightly poorly still. She came to me to warm up her feet whilst sitting in the sun. We stayed like this for 10 minutes and eventually she did stop squeaking. #budgies

I have done the equivalent of "cutting up a 2 year old's chicken fingers so they will eat it" for Chester's pellets. Smashed the pellets up into smaller bits and powder and mixed it into his veggie chop. I think he ate some of it this time.

I just need him to start eating it for the nutrition more than anything. When it's his turn with the brain cell maybe he'll realize its actually food.

Roo is definitely in charge today. She has inspected various things while I was using them, perforated the edge of February's page on the calendar ... as I was writing on it. And is now chuntering at the clock on the cooker and chewing on my oven gloves. I'm about to ask her if I can put the kettle on. #budgies
