I waited about a year, but I finally got myself #stellarblade this week. And wow, that's a proper next gen title that makes the #ps5 shine!

I played the demo last year, so it's no big surprise, but the finished (+ patched/polished) game feels awesome and looks absolutely gorgeous.

...okay, that's enough boosting of horrible things we should be keeping an eye on for yesterday/today. Hope everyone is having a good weekend so far. I've been on 3rd shift (11pm-7am) for almost a year now, but weekends still feel very weird. On another note, it's been really nice not being on Meta's platforms. I still feel like I need to work more on how existing here in the Fediverse works for me, but I still feel that way on Tumblr, and every other social media I've been on. It's all so weird, usually feels like speaking into the void, and sometimes just so draining. It doesn't help when I end up having to deal with extremely draining people all week. Anyway... #amwriting still, got a lot of work done for my current book, have been enjoying reading #Spellbreaker by Charlie M Holmberg as well and will have to get the sequel when I'm done. I beat #StellarBlade and loved it, and started #ArmoredCore6 which I am thoroughly enjoying.

Day 3 of #Arttrober is EVE from the videogame "Stellar Blade".

I vaguely remember hearing about this game when it came out. Any good?

I had difficulty even visually parsing EVE's costume from the references I was able to pull up, but tried not to foul it up, simplifying it to fit my style (and limited time). I can't say I'm fond of overly-elaborate outfits, but I could just be salty because I had to draw her in one afternoon.
