A federal judge allowed Trump to carry out his worker buyout as it continues to burn down the #USgovernment, setting back #unions & the justice system interested in stopping his plan.
Judge George O'Toole rejected a request by unions representing >800k #FederalEmployees for an order blocking the program. Unions have called the admin's buyout offer to civilian employees unlawful.

Ratcliffe, a fmr member of the #House of Representatives who served as Director of National Intelligence during Trump's first term, was confirmed by the US #Senate as director of the #ClA days after Trump took office for his second term.

A CIA spox said in a statement the moves were meant to align the agency with the goals of Trump’s new ClA Director #JohnRatcliffe.
"Director Ratcliffe is moving swiftly to ensure the ClA workforce is responsive to the Administration's #NationalSecurity priorities. These moves are part of a holistic strategy to infuse the Agency with renewed energy," a CIA spox said.
