Does anyone have and advice which is the better vaccine for latest COVID variants. There is the new protein based Novavax or the older Pfizer and Moderna ones.

i would imagine updated formulations won't come until the fall/winter? so does the manufacturer i get matter at this point?

(had novavax in september, trying to make plans now cuz i have to wait a few more weeks.)

So it occurred to me that the vaccines might be bad, based on this excerpt.

Then I read the article, they considered that:

The spike protein resulting from the current mRNA vaccines has two mutations that prevent cell fusion formation.
